Questions go straight to the developer
PaceIQ is made by one developer. Every message is read and answered personally.
Get in touch
From inside the app
- Open PaceIQ and tap the gear button on the Last Workout screen to open Settings.
- Scroll to About and tap Contact Support.
- Choose a topic: a bug, a feature request, a subscription issue, a question about the app, or something else.
Your mail app opens with a message that already lists your PaceIQ version, your iPhone model and iOS version, your tier and, once a Watch workout has been recorded, your Apple Watch details, so there is nothing to look up. Just describe what happened.
By email
Please mention your iPhone and Apple Watch models and your PaceIQ version, which appears in Settings under About.

Training with PaceIQ
The tips cover the first-launch setup and permissions, pace cues, voices and headphones, and what to expect on the Apple Watch and the iPhone.
How PaceIQ handles your data is in the Privacy Policy.
Subscription
Settings shows your active tier under Current Tier. If it looks wrong, tap Restore Purchases in Settings under About, or at the bottom of the Upgrade screen. Promotional codes go into Redeem Code in the same places.
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. To change or cancel one, open your Apple subscriptions.
Apple Health access
If PaceIQ shows Health Access Needed, the permission lives in the Health app: open it, tap your profile, then Privacy, then Apps, then PaceIQ, and turn on the data. PaceIQ refreshes by itself when you come back.
